Rita’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard is opening its first location in Springfield. Rita’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard is located in the Magers Crossing retail center at 2100 West Republic Road, Suite 112, in Springfield, Missouri. Their hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
Rita’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard is known and dedicated to spreading “Ice, Custard, Happiness!” Rita’s is famous for Italian Ice is made fresh daily featuring real fruit, and award-winning Frozen Custard. Rita’s serves a taste of happiness with each delicious treat. Rita’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard has been open since 1984, and is now, the largest Italian Ice concept in the world.

- The store will be offering guests a $2 small Italian Ice and $3 small Gelati.
- The store will be inviting guests to enjoy photo opportunities with Rita’s mascot, Ice Guy, Rita’s merchandise giveaways, and more. (from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM)
- The store will hold an official ribbon-cutting ceremony at 4:00 PM.
- 20% of the sales on Friday, September 29th, will be donated to Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks.
