Roseann Bentley Musical Playground Dedication

Mark your calendars for the dedication of the Roseann Bentley Musical Playground, Phelps Grove Park’s newest attraction, Tues., Nov. 21 at 3 p.m. Spearheaded by the Community Partnership of the Ozarks, in partnership with the Springfield-Greene County Park Board, this interactive play space pays a small tribute to Roseann Bentley’s lifetime of service for families in our community.The Roseann Bentley Musical Playground provides a creative and imaginative play space for kids and families – featuring a fully accessible ring of eight instruments, including xylophones and drums, shaped like colorful flowers and trees.
This is the first musical playground within the Springfield-Greene County Parks system. Construction is planned for Oct. 16-31, weather permitting. For more information please visit: ParkBoard.org/BentleyPlayground
