Are you interested in how the National Weather Service forecasts weather and issues warnings for the people of southeast Kansas and the Missouri Ozarks? Would you like to ask meteorologists about the weather and tour our operations floor? Please join us for this free event for the whole family! Food trucks will be available on site while you tour the office and check out everything that the National Weather Service Springfield Weather Forecast Office and our emergency management partners do to help you be weather-ready. Non-perishable food donations will be gladly accepted for Ozarks Food Harvest at this event.
