Missouri Restaurant Association Launches Inaugural Springfield Restaurant Week

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The Missouri Restaurant Association (MRA) is proud to announce the inaugural Springfield Restaurant Week, taking place July 10–19, 2026. This exciting 10-day community-wide dining event will celebrate Springfield’s vibrant local restaurant scene while supporting two impactful charitable organizations: Ozarks Food Harvest and the Missouri Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (MRAEF).

Springfield Restaurant Week invites the community to experience exclusive menus, featured dishes, limited-time specials, and unique dining experiences while supporting local restaurants throughout the Springfield area. More than just a dining event, Restaurant Week is designed to drive additional traffic to participating establishments during the summer season while creating meaningful community impact through charitable giving and hospitality workforce development initiatives.

This year’s inaugural lineup of participating restaurants includes:

  • Amore Italian Restaurant & Bar
  • Bambinos Café
  • Big Whiskey’s
  • Fire & Ice Restaurant & Bar
  • Grace Kitchen
  • Jimm’s Steakhouse
  • Mexican Villa
  • Mully’s Pub & Patio
  • Nearly Famous Pasta House & Deli
  • Palm & Paddle Grille
  • Pasta Express
  • Salvatore’s Fresh Ristorante Italiano

  • The Rock – Food & Friends

Additional participating restaurants may be announced leading to the event.

To officially kick off Restaurant Week, the Missouri Restaurant Association will host a Springfield Restaurant Week Media Preview on Wednesday, July 8, at the SGC Culinary Training Center. Local media, community partners, and invited guests will have the opportunity to meet participating restaurant representatives, sample featured menu items and get a first look at what diners can expect during the 10 day celebration. The preview event will highlight the culinary talent of Springfield while providing an opportunity for restaurants to showcase the dishes and experiences they will feature during Restaurant Week.

A portion of proceeds and community support generated through the event will benefit Ozarks Food Harvest, the Feeding America food bank serving southwest Missouri, as well as the Missouri Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, which supports hospitality education programs, scholarships, workforce development, and ProStart culinary programs across the state.

“Springfield has an incredible and growing restaurant community that deserves to be celebrated,” said Trey Meyers, Director of Marketing & Communications for the Missouri Restaurant Association. “Restaurant Week” is an opportunity for the community to come together, support local businesses, give back to important causes, and showcase the hospitality and creativity that make Springfield’s dining scene so special. We are especially excited to bring everyone together for our Media Preview on July 8, where we’ll offer a taste of what’s to come before Restaurant Week officially begins.”

The Missouri Restaurant Association encourages residents and visitors alike to explore Springfield’s diverse culinary scene, support local businesses, and dine for a cause during Springfield Restaurant Week, July 10–19.
