Now through October 31, 2026, the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) family health and nutrition program will provide additional benefits through the Missouri WIC Farmers Market Nutrition Program (WIC FMNP). WIC members can receive $30 in benefits per family, annually, that can be used to purchase eligible foods at participating farmers markets or other vendor locations with an authorized farmer.
Benefits are available for:
- Women
- Infants over four months old
- Children one to five years old
Members can access their FMNP benefit by visiting a WIC location or satellite clinic. You will receive a QR code to scan when purchasing from markets.
Eligible foods that members can purchase with their FMNP benefits include fresh cut cooking herbs and fresh fruits and vegetables. WIC FMNP also supports local farmers since food purchased with these benefits must be grown in Missouri.
A list of FMNP markets and vendors can be found at WICworks417.com.
