Community Foundation of the Ozarks recently granted $120,000 to 11agencies through its Welcoming Communities Grant Program.
The Community Foundation of the Ozarks Welcoming Communities Grant Program supports projects that bring awareness to issues of access and inclusion while improving the quality of life for underserved and underrepresented people in central and southern Missouri.

- University of Missouri Extension – Oregon County
- Webb City School District
President and CEO of the Community Foundation of the Ozarks, Winter Kinne, shared in a news release, “A community is built by people who feel a sense of belonging — and that community is more vibrant when we extend that belonging to all people. We are proud to help these agencies ensure that more people feel included and empowered in our region.”
