The Ozarks Health Commission recently released the 2025 Health Needs Community Assessment survey.
The Ozarks Health Commission is asking the public to provide feedback on their local healthcare needs and experiences through the survey. The Health Needs Community Assessment survey requires input on the health issues and needs from the broader community in order for the Ozarks Health Commission to better understand the health status, behaviors, and needs of the residents in our region.

According to a news release, “In addition to input from the survey, the 2025 assessment will combine more than 140 hospital and community data indicators as well as feedback from stakeholders. The resulting CHNA will allow decision-makers to have a more holistic and up-to-date picture with which to strategically address community health concerns.”
This assessment is conducted every three years by the Ozarks Health Commission.
