47 Nonprofits Receive Grants from the Community Foundation of the Ozarks

The Community Foundation of the Ozarks recently awarded $580,000 to 47 nonprofits.

According to a news release from the Community Foundation of the Ozarks, “In partnership with the Jeannette L. Musgrave Foundation and U.S. Bank Private Wealth Management, the Community Foundation of the Ozarks granted $580,000 to 47 nonprofits through several programs. The grants, presented at Council of Churches of the Ozarks, continue a 40-year legacy of support for Springfield-area causes established by the late Mrs. Musgrave.”

Two non-profit organizations received $100,000 each, OTC Foundation and Boys & Girls Club of Springfield. OTC Foundation received $100,000 to support the new Wingspan Initiative at Ozarks Technical Community College, and the Boys & Girls Club of Springfield received $100,000 to support the Risdal Family Center for Great Futures, according to the Community Foundation of the Ozarks.
