Ozarks Technical Community College – Airframe and Powerplant Facility

Ozarks Technical Community College recently broke ground on an Airframe and Powerplant (aviation maintenance) training facility!

“The Airframe and Powerplant program will teach students to service, maintain and repair everything on the aircraft from nose to tail, including engines, the airframe body and mechanical systems.” – Ozarks Technically Community College

According to a news release, the Airframe and Powerplant facility will cost $13.2 million. $9.5 million of the facility’s cost will come from sources multiple government partners, all external to the college.

The Airframe and Powerplant facility will be located at the old Springfield-Branson National Airport terminal.

The program is scheduled to launch in 2025.
