During a recent announcement, local leaders shared news of the creation of the Alliance for Healthcare Education.
The Alliance for Healthcare Education is an unprecedented partnership and non-profit corporation between CoxHealth, Missouri State University, Ozarks Technical Community College, and Springfield Public Schools, four of the region’s leading institutions. The Alliance for Healthcare Education is “a collaborative approach to developing the talent to meet and exceed the region’s healthcare workforce needs for decades.” – CoxHealth
According to CoxHealth Newsroom article, when the partnership is fully realized, the Alliance will be the largest producer of health sciences professionals in the Midwest.
