Stusquatch’s Rockstar BBQ is located at Metro Eats, 2463 W. Sunshine Ave, Suite 124, in Springfield. They are open Tuesday through Friday, from 7am-2pm and 4pm-9pm, Saturday, 11am-3pm and 4pm-9pm, Sunday, 11am-3pm, and closed Monday.
Stuquatch’s Rockstar BBQ serves meats smoked daily, homemade sides, timeless classics, and new favorites!
