This Saturday, January 28th, is the first annual Ozarks Festival of Faiths at the Springfield Art Museum! The event is from 6:30pm 9:00pm and is FREE to the public.
Ozarks Festival of Faiths is a celebration of the community. Almost 20 different faiths including various Christian denominations, Buddhist, Hindu Baha’i, Sikh, Muslim, Jewish, Unitarian, and Native American groups, will be represented at the celebration.
A variety of groups will be displaying faith exhibits, children’s artwork, and there will be a musical program with an adult and children’s choir, all falling under the first annual theme of “Unity”.
A candlelight vigil for the theme, UNITY, will be lead by the Mayor, beginning at 8:45pm.
This event is hosted by the Have Faith Initiative, the Interfaith Alliance of the Ozarks, and the Springfield Art Museum.
In case of inclement weather, the event will be held on Saturday, 25 February 2023.
