We are officially in the month of December, the busiest month of them all for most people! While you are hustling and bustling around this holiday season, you will likely see The Salvation Army’s Red Kettles. The Salvation Army’s kettles come out at Christmas time as a way to raise donations to support holiday meals for homeless and needly families, as well as help The Salvation Army serve around 30 million people, a multitude of ways, all year long. THIS SATURDAY, December 3rd, is a special day for the red kettle donations because Pinegar Family of Dealerships has announced they are going to quintuple the $20 dollar donations up to $15,000, according to a press release from The Salvation Army. It was also announced that an anonymous donor has added $5,000 to the cause! Thank you to Pinegar Family of Dealerships, the anonymous donor, and all who are going to participate funds in The Salvation Army’s Red Kettle. What a great way to kick off the holiday season!
