Earlier this week, BK&M LLC, the development company on the University Heights development assignment, shared their potential plan for the new University Heights development.
The developers shared, the current potential plan includes many features such as, parking on the ground floor, a lobby space for restaurants, retail, and office space on the 2nd floor, possibly a medical office on the 3rd floor, and executive lofts on the 4th through 6th floors. This plan is not approved, so changes to the plan may occur.
This development has been a controversial topic among University Heights residents. Continued conversation and more information will occur at the next zoning and planning meeting is on December 15th.
